Monitoring & Rebooting

When you are too busy working on your site or developing your web applications, you hardly have time to keep track of what’s happening with the Virtual Private Server – whether it is overloading or whether all the processes are running okay. With our Managed Services package, we will do this for you. Your virtual server will be added to our custom monitoring software system and each time there is a sign of a trouble, our server administrators will be warned immediately.

Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a VPS Plan definitely isn’t the easiest job on earth. You will either need to use some other server or your PC, alternatively rely on a third–party software. Our company offers a far simpler way with our Managed Services offer. We’ll make a full backup of your VPS each week, so you never have to be afraid of losing critical data. And we can always restore a backup really quickly. All the backups are retained on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything happens to your web content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you a nearly infinite set of options, you will sometimes have to install additional software programs. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can help you out. It’s an integral part of our Managed Services deal, which permits you to demand any of our experienced server admins to install and set up any software and to take care of any issue you may have with your VPS.

The Managed Services deal comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. It’s an optional feature with our KVM VPS Plans.
